I so love this sweet family. Lauri is the wonderful graphic designer ┬áthat is responsible for my new logo and marketing materials and designs the coolest graduation invitations for me each year. She is way beyond talented at what she does, but more importantly she is just a beautiful person. She is so devoted to her kids and family and is the best Mom ever. Micah is pretty awesome too and so sweet with his kids. We met up for a brief session just before Thanksgiving when they were in town visiting her family. Remi and Roen are adorable and the owl hats she brought for them made for such cute props. I feel blessed to not only have a great working relationship with Lauri but to know her and call her my friend. If you need cards or invitations for any occasion check her out at www.littlepinkdesigns.com. I know you’ll love her creativity as much as I do. Her are some of my favorites from our session…….

Miranda contacted me a while back about taking family pictures. She was my oldest son’s speech teacher in college- I know she doesn’t look old enough- and he told her about me. (Thanks Mason) Anyway he happened to be off of work on the day of their session so he came with me. It was such a blessing to spend the time with him while doing what I love to do. Rob, Miranda, and Harper are a precious family. She had the session so well planned with props and ideas, unfortunately Harper had other ideas and was not in the mood to have her picture taken. She is 18 months-enough said!! I am still so excited about the images we did get. Miranda and Rob were so calm and patient with her and I just loved how they interacted with her and with each other. Thanks so much Houser family, I hope we get to do this again next year. Here are some of my favorites…….

I love this time of the year and I LOVE repeat clients!! I was thrilled when Leona asked me to take the kids pictures again this year. I found the perfect spot foe their session with the most gorgeous fall colors. Leona even decided to get in some of the pictures this year and I think she will be so glad she did, especially as kids grow up so fast and the time with them is fleeting. We had a great time during our session and aside form a little mishap with a wet shoe and sock in the creek the kids were awesome. Thanks Leona for entrusting me to capture these sweet kids on film. Here are some of my favorites from our session….

I have known Mason and his family for many years. His Mom and I work together and she taught both of my boys in Kindergarten. Mason is one of the nicest kids I know. He has a truly pure heart and a gentle spirit. He’s very dedicated to his family and to showing his goats. We spent some time at his Grandma’s farm and then finished the session with his goats. I love the way his silhouettes turned out. I had a great time with Mason. Here are a few of my favorites from our session……
